It is very important that you understand the financial arrangements for your medical and surgical care. It is ultimately your responsibiltiy to read and understand your insurance benefits. Our staff will be happy to assist you but questions regarding your benefits should be directed to your insurance company.
All co-pays, deductibles and lab fees must be paid at the time of service.
Insurance- We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Cigna, Medicaid, Wellcare, Peachstate and Amerigroup. When scheduling an appointment please have your insurance information available. Our staff will verify patient insurance benefits prior to your visit.
Private Pay- If a patient does not have insurance, payment is expected at the time of service. Private pay OB patients must be paid in full by the 6th month on pregnancy. Discounts are available for prompt payment.
Payment- We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Referrals- Many insurance companies prohibit practice physicians from treating a patient without an appropriate referral. If the patient's plan requires a referral, they will need to have it called into our office ahead of time or brought with them in order to see a physician.
